International Terms

For international orders, we offer following payment methods:

Bank Deposit

Based on the buyer’s location and the quantity of footwear ordered, international shipping fees are accurately calculated at the point of sale by consulting logistics service providers. Depending on where you are, the order would take 20 to 25 business days to reach you.

Please make note of the terms and conditions below:

– The client (i.e., the importer) is responsible for giving any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable to the imported product.

– No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be granted.

Delivery Terms

In Pakistan, we provide Cash on Delivery. For shipping needs, we have utilized the services of the most reputable logistics providers in Pakistan with a sizable distribution network. Depending on where you are, it will take the order 7 to 10 business days to get to you.

Customized and unavailable products would take a bit longer to ship. Once the order is placed, a member of the Trendy Zone team will get in contact with you to inform you of the scheduled shipping date.

Outlier Locations

We ship through some of the largest functional companies in Pakistan, however their reach restricts the areas we can cover. In the event that your location is in a region that they do not serve, we will get in contact with you and attempt to come up with another method to get the products to you.
